1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HowlTicket, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company, governing your access to and use of our ticketing platform and related services.

Important: When you purchase tickets through our platform, you are entering into a transaction with the venue or event operator ("Client") who uses our Service. We act as a technology provider and payment facilitator, not as the ticket seller or event organizer.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Ticket Purchases

• You are buying from the Client (venue/event operator), not from HowlTicket
• Prices include applicable taxes and fees as displayed at checkout
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the Client
• Tickets are non-transferable unless permitted by the Client

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

3.3 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by each Client. Refund requests should be directed to the venue where you purchased tickets. We facilitate refunds at the Client's direction.

4. Event Attendance

Each Client may have their own policies regarding age restrictions, dress code, health requirements, and other rules. You agree to comply with all applicable Client policies.

4.1 Waivers

Some events require you to sign a liability waiver. By signing electronically, you acknowledge you have read and understood the waiver and agree to be bound by its terms.

4.2 Entry Requirements

You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry. Arrive at the time specified on your ticket. Late arrivals may not be accommodated depending on the Client's policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Resell tickets in violation of Client policies or applicable law
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Service

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We are not responsible for:

• Event cancellations, postponements, or changes
• Quality, safety, or content of events
• Actions or omissions of Clients or other users
• Accuracy of event information provided by Clients

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

8.1 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
